Live 5-2-1-0 Service Providers Toolkit

The Chilliwack Division of Family Practice, in partnership with Live 5-2-1-0, created an extensive toolkit to support service providers in teaching kids and families about healthy living using the Live 5-2-1-0 message.

This Toolkit provides information on the Live 5-2-1-0 guidelines, healthy living ideas, ‘how-to’ instructional resources, easy recipes and fun game templates to help promote the message.
