By bringing community stakeholders together to share and support this common message, Live 5-2-1-0 helps build partnerships and create healthy environments where kids can eat well and be active every day. Live 5-2-1-0 is an initiative of BC Children’s Hospital. The Live 5-2-1-0 Central Team partners with communities across the province to improve practices, policies, and environments so the healthy choice is the easy choice for kids and families. If you have voluntarily provided us with personal information on our Resource Downloads page, such as your e-mail address, to receive electronic communications from us, it will be stored on MailChimp – a third party website/database.

We collect your personal information when you visit our website, as well as when you complete the form to download resources on our Downloads page, including when you voluntarily provide your e-mail address to opt in to receive our Live 5-2-1-0 Newsletter.

Live5210 uses IP masking within Google Analytics to anonymize personal information collected by Google. IP masking is a customization which removes the last octet of the visitor's IP address prior to its use and storage by Google.

The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics.
